"Steve (owner of Crossroads) was literally my hero over the past few weeks. My car had broken down near his shop after I had just sold it. Not only did Steve work with my insurance to get the car, he went out of his way to contact Kia, help me sell the car, deal with a new buyer, and essentially handle the sale for me. He charged me almost nothing, was available by phone at all times (which was a lot), and handled the calls, questions, and the actual sale from the buyer of my vehicle. I could not have asked for a luckier scenario in the midst of a very stressful time, as I had moved only days later across the country. The best service I've ever received. Thank you! "
